The Grand Blanc Varsity Basketball Bobcats Hosted Orchard Lake St. Mary’s Prep Eaglets at the 2nd Annual GottaGetIt Hoops Challenge on 1.4.20. The #1 ranked Eaglets were victorious in a tight game-winning 69-66. Marty Carry spent 23 years working for multi-media companies such as Disney, ABC, Gannett, McClatchy, Lee Enterprises, Journal Communications and was recruited to Wisconsin, Kansas, Illinois, and Arizona to turnaround struggling media companies. This is where he fell in love with helping local communities and businesses. Carry, now resides in the city he has lived the majority of the last 35 years, Grand Blanc, MI. In 2016, Marty and his wife Mary moved back to the dream home they have owned since 2003 in the Kirkridge Subdivision and started Cherish Local, which also includes satellite branches in Michigan, Arizona, Illinois, Kansas, Grand Blanc and dozens of others.
